Colonel Mustard

So unfortunately I am feeling really under the weather. And apparently the only thing that can make me feel better is watching my tivo-ed bachelor and looking at funny pictures.
So until I am feeling better, here's a picture for you:

Funny Stuff

Before I go to bed, here are some pictures that made me smile today:

Some beer from World Market, my second favorite store.

My unbelievably adorable dog, who refuses to let me make the bed on the weekend.

Me at IKEA this weekend. My FAVE store of all time. This is their moose mascot. :)

Goodnight All! Happy Monday!

Spaghetti Mess

Spaghetti Mess. This is a recipe I remember my mom making at tons of important family functions. Delicious and SO easy.

Ingredients:
1 pound of ground hamburger (or turkey)
1 jar of cheez whiz (16 oz or so)
1 small 8 oz container of sour cream
1 48 oz jar of Prego Spaghetti Sauce
1 medium box of spaghetti noodles (or 1 and 1/2 regular boxes)
1 small bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: 1 pound of italian sausage

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Brown hamburger (and sausage if you have it) and drain, return to pot.
3. Add Prego to meat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Cook spaghetti and drain, return to pot.
5. Mix together sour cream and cheese whiz with spaghetti.
6. Combine all in deep casserole dish. Mix well. (This recipe usually makes 1 and 1/2 dishes for me)
7. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
8. Leave uncovered, bake for 30 minutes
9. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving and Enjoy!
10. Side note: If you have leftovers, it reheats beautifully in the oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes!

Tomorrow: Another recipe? Who knows!

WOW!

So it has obviously been about a million months since I've last written.
Talk about being busy!
So other than just raving and ranting about stuff, I've decided I'm going to share things that make me happy too!
So look forward to more posts about great things, and frustrating things, and everything in between.

Let's start tonight with a recipe.
Being a pinterest addict, I found this on there a few weeks ago and it seemed so simple I had to try it.
Here a picture:

This is about the easiest thing you could ever make.

Ingredients:
Pretzels
Hershey Kisses
M & M's

1. Set your oven to 350.
2. Pretzels down, unwrap hershey kisses and rest on top.
3. Put in the oven for about 4 minutes, until the chocolate gets shiny.
4. Take out and push M & M's into kisses until they squish down.
5. Let cool for about 10 minutes, then enjoy!

My favorite thing about this recipe, other than it's level of ease, is that you can adapt it for any occasion. I've seen candy corn, mini reeses, etc to switch it up.

Tomorrow: A Recipe for Spaghetti Mess, which we're having for dinner!
